At the start of the year we always make New Year’s resolutions, but we never able to fulfill these things. Sadly, we never are able to better ourselves and throw away the resolutions after just three months. Never have we achieved our goals and we make the same promises each start of the year. It can be frustrating and there will come a point that we stop aiming to become better persons. What’s wrong? For generations people tend to put pressure and stress on life to the point we give up. We are doing things the wrong way because having resolutions are not the answer. The failed attempts to become better should have been a sign for us all along. The answer to our woes is to look at what we need to do in order to optimize our lifestyle for the better. We need to optimize our lifestyle so the changes we set will be permanent.
We need to start by knowing what we learned from our parents and school are incompleted. We need to unlearn we learned before and start embracing the change that can lead us to an optimized lifestyle. Before anything else, we need to understand our situation. Once we become aware of the situation we are able to address the lifestyle chances that we desire. A lot of us get into things not knowing what will happen. As such, they fail. By knowing what you need to change, you are embarking on a journey to transformation. As we change, we always make it sure that we become happier, healthier, and wealthier. We cannot do it unless we become a changed person. Optimizing our lifestyles is just a step of many that will not just transform our lives, but also help improve our performance.
Our health is the first thing that improves when we optimize our lives. Most of the people who make New Year’s resolutions tend to tinker with their health issues. For most people, they make resolutions that will drive them to stop smoking or to lose weight. These things have an effect on the health. As such, we tend to fail on these resolutions. We never realized that we have been doing things wrong. Instant gratification to transform is a sure way to fail. Getting fat never happened in an instant, perhaps it took some time to accumulate the added weight. It takes a lot of process to accumulate unwanted weight. That is why, when we want to get rid of things we need to realize there is a process too. It is a lie to think everything can be changed in an instant.
You learn a lot of lessons from your coach that your parents and school should have taught you. Alas, they too don’t know these lessons. With this you need to redefine what needs to be learned and learn it fast.
